HIV support & resources

You don't have to figure everything out alone

Whether you've recently been diagnosed, have been living with HIV for years, or simply want some extra support, there are people and communities who understand.

01

Connect with people who understand

Living with HIV can sometimes feel isolating. Speaking to a peer supporter, counsellor or community of other people living with HIV can make a huge difference. You don't need to wait until things are difficult to reach out.

Search online for HIV organisations in your country or local area. Many offer free services including:

  • Peer support from other people living with HIV
  • Counselling and emotional support
  • Community and social groups
  • Practical advice and information
  • Online support if you'd rather not attend in person

If privacy is important to you, consider using your browser's private browsing features and reviewing your privacy settings before searching.
